Step 1
Take pineapple,remove the skin and cut into small pieces.
Step 2
now take a pan on medium flame.add the chopped pineapple into it.then add 4-5 tablespoons of sugar and mix well.cook it for 15 minutes.turn off the flame and keep it aside.
Step 3
Next,Take 2 cups of milk in a pan,add 1 cup sugar and mix well.allow it cook for 5-7 minutes on medium flame.turn off the flame once it is done.
Step 4
Meanwhile soak China grass in half cup water and then heat it in a pan until it completely melts.transfer it immediately into the milk mixture and mix well.
Step 5
Now take a pudding tray/glass add the cooked pineapple as the first layer.spread it uniformly.
Step 6
cut the edges of bread and dip in milk-China grass mixture and complete the second layer.
Step 7
add 4-5 tablespoons of milk mixture over the bread layer and then sprinkle the cooked pineapples.
Step 8
refrigerate this for 3-4 hours..Garnish with chocolate grated and cherries.
