Step 1
Marinate the chicken pieces with salt, turmeric powder, lemon juice and pepper powder for at least 4 hours.
Step 2
Blend 1 onion, corriander leaves, mint leaves, Green chilli, Curry leaves, Ginger garlic paste, Cumin Powder, Garam Masala to form a smooth paste.
Step 3
Heat oil in a deep bottom pan, add one medium onion sliced and sauté until soften.
Step 4
Add chicken pieces, cover and cook for about 10 minutes on medium flame. Flip the pieces after 5 minutes for even cooking.
Step 5
Add the green paste to the chicken, mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 6
Add thick curd, mix well and cook for another 10-15 mins or until the chicken is nice and tender.
Step 7
Garnish on top with fried Green chilli, fried curry leaves, lemon slices and freshly sliced onions.
