besan (gram flour) masala puri
Gram flour, which is available in every kitchen. A simple snack can be made using it, which can also be stored for some time, say a week. It tastes amazing with tomato sauce and chai (tea) or coffee.

Step 1
Masala-
Add all the ingredients one by one and mix them.
DO NOT ADD WATER.
Step 2
Make a dough with wheat flour (you can use refined flour, but the dough won't roll over as easily).
When creating the dough, add 1.5 spoons of oil to make it soft.
Step 3
Divide the dough into 4 parts. Take one part, roll it and fill the already made masala, say 1.5 tbsp into it.
Step 4
Close it and roll it again, slowly and carefully. Make sure the masala doesn't come out.
Step 5
Like parathas, roast on low heat in an oiled pan or Tawa. It will need 2 tsp of oil, roughly.
Step 6
Serve it well with tea or coffee. It also goes well with masala curd.
