Step 1
This recipe is ideal to prepare during peak summer. chop bittergourd into round pieces after cleaning it with water .keep a vessel on the stove with water. add salt n turmeric. Bring it to simmer.
Step 2
Add to the boiling water bittergourd. Let it get cooked for 5 minutes. Then drain the water n spread the bittergourd on to a broad plate. Keep it on to the hot sun n dry it continuously for a period of more than a week.
Step 3
Once when it becomes crispy n hard fry it in oil n can be used like papad along with curds n Rice.
