Step 1
Wash n dry roast the prawns.Transfer it to a cooking vessel n add turmeric n salt. Add chopped shallots,ginger, green chillies n chopped tomatoes.Add tamarind extract
Step 2
Cook well for few minutes with closed lid. .. Roast the dry red chillies in little oil Grind in mixie Jar coconut,dry red chillies n jeera.Grind to a smooth paste.
Step 3
Add the grinded ingredients to the cooking vessel.Let it cook n boil well.It should be a semi thick gravy.Add curry leaves.
Step 4
Season in oil mustard,curry leaves n chopped shallots till it turn brown.Add to the thick gravy.close the lid n serve it after 10 mins
