Step 1
Wash cheera thrice in water. Let it dry for few minutes n then chop it into small pieces.
Step 2
Switch on the flame n transfer the cheera to a cooking vessel. Add salt n close with a lid n cook for few minutes. There is no need to add water to the cheera. Cook in low flame.
Step 3
Finally open the lid n add coconut to cheera n mix gently.
Step 4
Heat oil n add crushed garlic flakes, dry red chillies n raw rice. When it turns golden brown add the seasoned items to the cheera n give a gud mix.
