Step 1
Wash Red spinach & chop it fine.
Step 2
Take coconut oil in kadai, put coarsely cut red onions, red wholechilly & fry for some time.
Step 3
Next add chopped spinach & salt & turmeric & fry it again for some time till it becomes dry. Finally add coconut & fry for a minute. Switch off the gas.
Step 4
Serve as a side dish with rice & curry.
