Step 1
wash cheera n its stalk several times in water. Chop it into small pieces. heat a pan n add cheera to it by sprinkling water.Also add salt. close the lid n cook in low flame.
Step 2
Since it requires less amount of time to get cooked open the lid n see whether the water has absorbed.If so then add coconut n mix well
Step 3
Next step is Tadka. heat a pan n add coconut oil. add to it raw rice. When rice gets roasted add to it dry red chillies n crushed garlic. pour it over the cooked cheera. this is a very gud combination with rice, curds n papad.
