Ingredients

  • 0.25 unit/count Red onions, finely chopped
  • 1 unit/count Green chillies, finely chopped
  • 2 unit/count Egg
  • 1 tbsp Whole milk (Adds fluffiness to the omelette)
  • 2 tsp Coconut oil (Divided use)
  • 1 tsp Black crushed pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Salt (Adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. 1Finely chop the red onions and green chillies. Set aside.
  2. 2In a bowl, beat the eggs until frothy. Add the chopped onions and green chillies, along with 1 tablespoon of whole milk and salt. Mix well.
  3. 3Heat 1 teaspoon of coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture into the pan. Allow it to cook until the base is firm. Sprinkle with black crushed pepper and add another teaspoon of coconut oil. Flip the omelette and cook until fully set.
  4. 4Transfer the omelette to a serving plate. Serve hot with rice, bread, or roti.
