- 2 units Egg
- 0.5 unit Onions, finely chopped (Finely chopped)
- 2 units Green chillies, finely chopped (Finely chopped)
- 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric
- 0.5 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black crushed pepper
- 1 handful Cilantro, finely chopped (Finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon Butter (For frying)

Instructions
- 1Finely chop the onions, green chillies, and cilantro.
- 2Heat a pan and add the butter. Once melted, add the chopped green chillies and sauté for a minute.
- 3Add the chopped onions to the pan and cook until they become translucent.
- 4In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt, pepper, turmeric, red chili powder, and cilantro until bubbles form on the surface.
- 5Add the sautéed onions and green chillies to the egg mixture and mix well.
- 6Pour the egg mixture back into the pan and cover. Cook on low-medium heat until the surface is partially set.
- 7Using a wide spatula, carefully flip the omelette to cook the other side. Cook for an additional minute.
- 8Remove the omelette from the pan and serve hot with a side of buttered toast.
