Street Style Bread Omelette

Ingredients
- 4 units Egg
- 1 unit Onion, finely chopped
- 4 slices White bread (Toasted with butter before adding to the egg mixture)
- 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 0.75 teaspoon Black crushed pepper
- 2 teaspoons Coriander leaves, finely chopped
- 1 unit Tomato, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt (Adjust to taste)
- 5 tablespoons Butter
- 1 unit Green chilli, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Whole milk

Instructions
- 1In a bowl, crack 4 eggs and add finely chopped green chilli, onion, tomato, salt, turmeric powder, black pepper, coriander leaves, and whole milk. Whisk the mixture thoroughly with a fork until well combined.
- 2Heat a pan over medium heat and add 2-3 tablespoons of butter. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and spread it evenly. Place two slices of toasted bread on top of the egg mixture. Quickly flip the bread and cook on low heat.
- 3After one minute, flip the omelette along with the bread. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. Fold the omelette over the bread and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Fold the sandwich and cook both sides until golden brown. Repeat the process for the remaining bread omelette. Serve hot.
