Egg Omelette

A simple breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 4 units Egg
  • 1 small Onion (small size)
  • 1 unit Green Chilli
  • 1 sprig Curry Leaves
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Oil

Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, beat the eggs until they become fluffy.
  2. 2Finely chop the onion, green chilli, and curry leaves.
  3. 3Heat a pan over medium flame and sauté the chopped onion, green chilli, and curry leaves until the onion changes color. Remove from heat.
  4. 4Once the sautéed vegetables have cooled, add them to the beaten eggs. Season with a pinch of salt and mix thoroughly.
  5. 5Reheat the pan over medium flame, add oil, and pour in the egg mixture. Cook covered for 5 minutes until the omelette is fluffy and golden on one side. Flip and cook briefly on the other side. Transfer to a plate.
  6. 6Serve the omelette hot with buttered toast.
