Omelette - Kerala Style

- 3 medium Onions, finely chopped
- 1 medium Tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 pinch Turmeric (A pinch should do)
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder (Adjust to taste)
- 2 units Green chillies, finely cut
- 1 teaspoon Coconut, grated (Optional)
- 1 teaspoon Coconut oil
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions
