  • 2 units White onions
  • 2 units Green chillies
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 2 teaspoons Coconut oil
  • 0.5 cup Coconut, shredded
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt (Adjust to taste)
  • 0.25 cup Water (For cooking onions)

Instructions

  1. 1Finely chop the white onions and green chillies. Transfer them to a clay cooking pot.
  2. 2Heat the clay cooking pot over medium flame. Add salt, turmeric, and a small amount of water. Cook until the onions are soft.
  3. 3Beat the eggs and add them to the pot. Stir continuously to scramble the eggs with the onion mixture.
  4. 4Add the shredded coconut and coconut oil to the scrambled egg mixture. Mix thoroughly and remove from heat.
