Instructions
- 1Fill a pot with water and place it over high heat. Gently add the eggs and let them boil for 20 minutes. Remove the pot from heat and place it under cold running water for a few minutes. Once the eggs are cool enough to handle, peel the shells off and set them aside.
- 2On a plate, mix together chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, black pepper powder, chopped coriander leaves, and coconut oil. Add a little water and mix everything together to form a fine paste.
- 3Take the boiled eggs and spread the masala paste evenly on all sides of the eggs.
- 4Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, transfer the eggs into the pan and fry them until they are golden brown on all sides.
- 5Your delicious egg fry is ready to be served!
