Ingredients
- 6 units Egg
- 6 units Garlic cloves (Pounded)
- 3 units Onions (Thinly sliced)
- 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric
- 0.5 teaspoon Black crushed pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 2 teaspoons Red chilli powder
- 1 sprig Curry leaves
- 2 tablespoons Coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt (Adjust to taste)

This is a simple recipe which can be enjoyed as is or a side to some dal and rice.
Instructions
- 1Place the eggs in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Allow the eggs to cool, then peel them.
- 2In a pan, heat coconut oil over medium heat. Add pounded garlic and thinly sliced onions. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
- 3Add salt, turmeric, black crushed pepper, cumin powder, and red chilli powder to the pan. Sauté until the spices are fragrant and the raw smell dissipates. Add the peeled eggs and sauté for 2 minutes.
- 4Add curry leaves to the pan and sauté for an additional minute. Ensure the eggs are well-coated with the spices. Serve hot.
