Instructions
- 1In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of wheat flour with a pinch of salt. Gradually add warm water, stirring continuously, until a smooth batter is formed. The batter should not be too thick or too thin. Incorporate 2 teaspoons of chopped onion, tomato, and green chillies into the batter and mix well.
- 2In a separate bowl, beat 2 eggs. Add the remaining chopped onion, tomatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, and salt. Mix thoroughly to combine all ingredients.
- 3Heat a pan over medium flame. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it in a circular motion to form a thin dosa. When the dosa is half-cooked, add 2 teaspoons of the egg mixture to the center. Cover the pan and cook for 3 minutes. Flip the dosa and cook for an additional minute.
- 4Once the dosa is cooked, spread some ghee over it. Serve hot.
