- 0.75 cup Onions (Sliced)
- 3 units Green chillies (Slit)
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 0.75 teaspoon Cumin powder

- 1.5 teaspoons Red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala (Powder)
- 5 tablespoons Coriander leaves
- 3 tablespoons Oil
- 0.125 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 teaspoon Salt (Adjust to taste)

- 1In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the mustard seeds and cumin seeds, allowing them to crackle. Then, add the slit green chillies and sauté for about 30 seconds.

- 3Add the cooked white rice to the pan, mixing thoroughly to ensure even coating with the spices. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve immediately.
