Ingredients
- 2 cups Gram flour
- 2 units Potato
- 2 units Onions
- 2 units Green chillies (Add more if you want it more spicy)
- 0.5 tablespoons Ajwain
- 0.5 tablespoons Cumin seeds
- 0.5 tablespoons Fennel seeds
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 0.5 tablespoons Red chilli powder
- 0.5 tablespoons Coriander powder
- 0.25 tablespoons Baking soda
- 1 as needed Water (To make a thick batter)
- 1 for frying Oil

- 3Heat oil in a kadhai or suitable cookware over medium heat until hot.
- 4Using a spoon, carefully drop portions of the batter into the hot oil. Fry the pakoras on medium flame until golden brown on both sides.
