Instructions
- 1In a cookware, combine 1 cup of sugar with 1/2 cup of water. Cook over medium heat to create a sugar syrup, stirring occasionally, for about 6-7 minutes.
- 2In another cookware, melt 1 cup of ghee and add 2 cups of gram flour. Mix well and cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring continuously to prevent sticking.
- 3Add the prepared sugar syrup to the gram flour mixture. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring well to prevent the mixture from sticking to the cookware.
- 4Incorporate chopped cashews and almonds into the mixture, or use dry fruits of your choice.
- 5Grease a flat plate with ghee or butter. Pour the mixture onto the plate and shape it into a rectangle using a spoon. Cut into squares once cooled.
