Besan Laddu
Mouth watering sweet prepared in a very simple way.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Besan (Gram flour)
- 0.25 cup Ghee
- 0.125 teaspoon Cardamom powder
- 0.75 cup Sugar powder
- 2 tablespoons Cashews (roasted)

Instructions
- 1In a thick-bottomed pan, melt the ghee over low heat. Add the besan and stir continuously for approximately 20 minutes until the ghee separates and the mixture becomes aromatic.
- 2Turn off the heat and stir in the cardamom powder until well combined.
- 3Allow the mixture to cool to lukewarm. Add the powdered sugar and mix thoroughly. Once cooled, incorporate the roasted cashews.
- 4Shape the mixture into small, round laddus using your hands. Serve and enjoy.
