- 1 cup Sugar
- 10 teaspoons Ghee
- 3 count Green cardamom pods (Crush well)

Instructions
- 1Heat a pan and add 6 teaspoons of ghee. Add the grated coconut and roast until it turns light brown or golden.
- 2Add one cup of sugar to the roasted coconut along with the crushed cardamom. Stir well and continue roasting.
- 3Add 2 more teaspoons of ghee and continue to stir and roast until the mixture turns light brown.
- 4Grease a square bowl with 2 teaspoons of ghee. Transfer the roasted mixture into the bowl and allow it to cool. Refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes.
- 5Cut the Burfi into pieces and garnish with almonds for decoration.
