  • 3 cups Coconut, grated
  • 4 tablespoons Ghee
  • 1 cup Milk powder
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 0 as needed Pistachio (For garnishing)

Instructions

  1. 1In a pan, heat 4 tablespoons of ghee over low flame. Add 3 cups of grated coconut and cook for 7-8 minutes, stirring continuously to prevent burning.
  2. 2Add 1 cup of milk powder to the pan and continue to cook for at least 10 minutes, stirring to combine thoroughly.
  3. 3Stir in 2 cups of sugar and mix well. Cook for an additional 5-6 minutes until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  4. 4Transfer the mixture to a plate, spread evenly, and allow it to set. Once set, cut into cubes and garnish with pistachios.
