Instructions
- 1In a pan, heat 4 tablespoons of ghee over low flame. Add 3 cups of grated coconut and cook for 7-8 minutes, stirring continuously to prevent burning.
- 2Add 1 cup of milk powder to the pan and continue to cook for at least 10 minutes, stirring to combine thoroughly.
- 3Stir in 2 cups of sugar and mix well. Cook for an additional 5-6 minutes until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- 4Transfer the mixture to a plate, spread evenly, and allow it to set. Once set, cut into cubes and garnish with pistachios.
