    Step 1
    Prepare ingredients: finely chop ginger slit green chillies finely chop corriander leaves
    Step 2
    Heat a pan and lightly roast sooji. Do not let it turn brown.
    Step 3
    Heat oil in a Kadai and add mustard seeds and urad dal to the hot oil.
    Step 4
    Add the chopped ginger, green chillies and curry leaves into the oil and cook for a min on medium flame.
    Step 5
    Add turmeric and cook for a min
    Step 6
    Add 1.25 cups of water and bring to a boil.
    Step 7
    Add lemon juice from 1/2 a lemon into the boiling mixture and turn the heat down to low.
    Step 8
    Stir in the roasted Sooji and make sure to remove all lumps.
    Step 9
    Keep covered for 2 mins. Make sure the flame is on low.
    Step 10
    After 2 mins open the lid and add shredded coconut and keep covered again for 1 min.
    Step 11
    Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
