For frying the chicken
Step 1
Take a pan.Add coconut oil and ghee.when it is hot,add chopped onion,tomato,capsicum,ginger garlic paste,dried lemon,salt,garam masala and turmeric powder.saute well until the onion is transparent.
Step 2
Now add 3 and 1/2 cups of warm water to it.mix well.adjust the salt.allow it to boil.
(Here for 2 cups of rice,we have taken 3 and a half cups of water)

when it boils,add the Basmathi rice(which must be soaked in warm water for half an hour before adding).
Step 4
cover and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.
Step 5
meanwhile make chicken fry.take a small bowl.add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt,curd,garam masala and make a fine paste.spread this over chicken and fry it in sunflower oil.

finally transfer the fried chicken pieces into the cooked rice and mix well.
Step 7
serve it hot with a good chutney!!
