Peel off the skin and clean well.then cut it into small pieces.

Step 1
Take a pressure cooker,add finely cut raw plantain,onion,green chillies into it.add turmeric powder,salt and add little water.cook it for 4 whistles. (If you are using any other pan or slow cooker cook it for 15 minutes)
Step 2
When the raw plantain is cooked well,take another pan.add coconut oil.when the oil is hot add mustard seeds,Curry leaves,dried red chillies into it.
Step 3
when the mustard seeds start spluttering,transfer it to the cooked plantain immediately.
Step 4
Easy raw plantain stir fry is ready to Enjoy with rice!!
