Green Mango (Raw Mango)

The mango should be 250 to 300 grms

Step 1
Cook the mango directly on the fire of Gas stove. Rotate every side and cook it well until it's color turned into light brown or yellow. Then let it cool.
Step 2
Meanwhile squash the redchillies and garlic cloves. Then finely chop the two tomatoes. When Mango cools down peel of the skin and take the mango flush to grind it. 2 tsp water is enough to paste it (don't add too much water)
Step 3
Pour the oil into pan. Then add mustard seeds, then add coriander seeds and then add black pepper crushed, cumin powder garlic cloves and redchillies.
Step 4
After that add chopped tomatoes. Fry it for five mins then add mango paste and turmeric powder, fry it for 5 mins add one litre water and salt, Stir them well.
Step 5
Heat them only for 4 to 5 mins only. After that add coriander leaves and curry leaves. Now it is ready to serve.
