Green Mango (Raw Mango)

Step 1
Wash n cut the mango into small pieces without peeling the skin. Smear it with salt n mix well by storing it in an airtight glass container. The jar n mango should be free from water. There should not be any moisture.
Step 2
Let the mango pieces in jar remain as it is for a period of 3 days.
Step 3
On the 4th day heat a pan n add sesame oil. When the oil gets heated add to it chillie powder n give a good mix in low flame. Add to it the mango pieces that is smeared with salt. Mix well n add to it asafetodia powder n fried n powdered fenugreek seeds.
Step 4
If the pickle seems to be too thick then u can add to it boiled n cooled water as per your consistency.
