Step 1
Clean the mangoes in water. Wipe it with a cloth. Keep aside.
Step 2
Boil water by adding salt to it. Let the boiled salted water cool by itself.
Step 3
Pour the cooled salted water to a wide open mouth bottle. Add to it the mangoes one by one. Use it afer a month.
Step 4
U can use this salted mango as a side dish. This can be done by transfering a mango to a plate n add to it smashed green chillie, smashed 2 garlic cloves n drop of coconut oil. Smash all once again ready to serve.
