Step 1
Take one cucumber, peel & cut fine. Cook it very little water & salt & switch off the gas.
Step 2
Grind coconut, green chillies to a fine paste & then add 1/4 tsp of mustard seeds, sugar (optional) & grind once again for a second. Pour it into the cucumber mix & mix altogether.
Step 3
Keep a small kadai on gas & spurt mustard seeds, dry red chilly, fenugreek seeds & curry leaves & pour it over the cucumber mix.
Step 4
Pachadi is ready.
