Step 1
Clean cucumber n chop into pieces.Transfer to a cooker n add half a cup of water,turmeric n salt. cook for 2 whistles.
Step 2
cool n open the cooker n smash it little.grind coconut,dry red chillies (5).Fry red chillies in oil.grind coconut,jeeran dry redchillies.grind to a smooth paste
Step 3
T ransfer the grinded ingredients to the cooker. Boil it well till it becomes a semi thick gravy.Add one sprig of curry leaves n switch off the flame.
