Step 1
Put salt in wheat flour & mix well. Add water little by little as requied & mix altogether & knead it into soft smooth dough. Keep it aside for 15-20 minutes.
Step 2
After 20 minutes make small balls of the dough, dip & coat each dough ball with wheat flour, then take a roti making board, flatten each ball on it & roll them with roti roller into small flat discs. & keep it aside.
Step 3
Put oil in a kadai & heat the oil well on high flame & deep fry the flattened dough discs by adjusting the heat of the oil between medium to high flame. Continue frying each dough disc in the same manner. Poories are ready to be served with chole, potato curry etc.
