Step 1
Take a pan n add sesame oil.heat it n add urad dal When it turns golden brown add garlic flakes.Also add lengthy cut shallots. Fry till it is soft n pink.Add kashmiri dry red chillies.saute well.Add chopped ripe tomatoes.saute well till tomatoes get smashed well.
Step 2
Cool it n transfer it to a mixie jar.Add to it grated carrot n coriander leaves. n salt.Grind without water.season in sesame oil mustard, dry chillies curry n coriander leaves as well as asafetodia
