kadhai paneer/indian cottage cheese and vegetables curry

Step 1
Take a cookware, heat 1 tbsp oil , saute 3 chopped onions, 5 tomato and 3 green chillies for 3-4 minutes
Step 2
Grind these sauted vegetables in a puree
Step 3
Now take a kadhai/cookware , heat 1 tbsp oil, add 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds, 1/2 tbsp asafetida, 1/2 mustard seeds, 2 bay leaves, 3 cloves, cook till it turns brown
Step 4
Now Add Ginger garlic paste,cook it for 2 min
Step 5
Now add the paste of 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder and 2 tbsp water and cook them for 4-5 minutes
Step 6
Now add the puree in it and cook for 10 minutes, add salt
Step 7
Take another pan and saute 1 onion chopped in big pieces and 1 capsicum
Step 8
Now add these sauted vegetables in curry and cook for 2 minutes
Step 9
Now add cubes of cottage cheese/paneer and cook for 5 minutes
Step 10
Now add garam masala in this curry and cook for 2 minutes
Step 11
Curry is ready, serve it hot
