Step 1
Take a oil and apply it all over tomatoes .Now turn on the flame and add oil to it and fry the tomatoes with cover lid
Step 2
cook the tomatoes from all side till it fully soften and cooked
Step 3
peel the skin off from tomatoes and keep it aside
Step 4
now saute the red chilli and garlic cloves for 3-4 mins and remove it from pan and smashed it
Step 5
Now chopped the onions and green chillis in very thin slices and mx it with smashed garlic and red hcilli
Step 6
Now add tomatoes, add oil and mix well wirh onion,garlic and chilli mixture
Step 7
Now add fresh coriander to it and serve it with rice
