Step 1
Soak pinch of Saffron Stand in a warm milk.
Step 2
Take a pan add ghee let it heat and fry almond, cashew, raisins ,pistachios and chironji until it turn light brown.take out all dry fruits in a plate.
Step 3
Add ghee and vermicelli to a karai and stir continously till they turn light brown add full fat milk to it.
Step 4
stir the frequently on a low to medium flame. add cardamom powder let it boil
Step 5
Once milk come to boil add sugar and all dry roasted dry fruits we did earlier.
Step 6
Stir is constantly till it turn slight thick now add condensed milk to it and saffron milk.
Step 7
Stirring frequently prevent it from scorching at the bottom of karai.
Step 8
Now after 5-6 min it became thick but slight watery consistency.
Step 9
Serve it warm or chill just sprinkle some cut dry fruit.
