Step 1
Cut the carrot into small cubes after removing its skin.cook it in a pressure cooker adding enough water for 3-4 whistles.
Step 2
Once the carrot is cooked well,drain the excess water from it and grind it to make a fine paste.keep it aside.
Step 3
now take 2 cups of milk in a pan.allow it to cook on low-medium flame.add sugar,condensed milk and cardamom powder into it.keep stirring.
Step 4
then transfer the carrot paste into this and give it a good mix.allow it to cook for 5 minutes more on medium flame.
Step 5
finally,heat a teaspoon of ghee in a pan and add chopped Badam into it.transfer it immediately to the carrot payasam and mix well.turn off the flame.
