Step 1
First steam medium to large 2 corn cob in pressure cooker. Cook them for 3 to 4 whistles with 2 cups of water
Step 2
Once tender remove them carefully with tongs in a strainer,let the corn cob cool completely

Carefully remove the corn kernels from the cooked cob with a sharp knife.
Step 4
Now mix the corn and all the finely chopped vegetables
Step 5
Grate 100 g of processed cheese in the mixture.
Step 6
Add 2 teaspoon of dried oregano & 1 teaspoon of black pepper and salt as per your taste
Now take the bread slice & soak the slice in the water for a second.
Step 7
Now press the bread with the palm to take out all water. Add 1 tablespoon of corn and vegetable
mixture on the bread slice & make a neat ball

Heat oil at the high flame.
Now add the ball made by the bread and
mixture, the ball will rise to the surface
instantly. fry
until it turns golden-brown.
Step 9
Transfer them with a slotted spoon to the paper towel. This will absorb excess oil.
Step 10
Serve cheese corn ball hot/warm with a preferable dipping sauce.
