- 3 units Shallots

- 2 units Dry red chillies
- 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
- 1 sprig Curry leaves
- 1 teaspoon Salt (Adjust to taste)
- 0.5 cup Water (For cooking)

Instructions
- 1Peel the raw bananas and chop them into small cubes. Place the chopped bananas in a vessel and cover with water to prevent discoloration.
- 2In a blender, combine grated coconut, turmeric powder, green chillies, garlic cloves, and shallots. Grind coarsely without adding water.
- 3Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and allow them to sputter. Add dry red chillies, shallots, and curry leaves, sautéing until the shallots turn light pink. Add the banana cubes, salt, turmeric powder, and water. Stir well, cover, and cook for 6 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- 4Add the coarsely ground coconut mixture to the pan. Mix thoroughly, cover, and cook until the coconut and banana cubes are well combined and cooked through. Turn off the heat.
