  • 2 cups Poha (beaten rice) (Roast until crispy)
  • 250 grams Jaggery (Melt with water to form a solution)
  • 1 cup Coconut, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar (Add for extra sweetness)
  • 0.5 cup Water (Use to melt jaggery)

  1. 1In a pan over medium heat, combine the jaggery with a small amount of water. Stir until the jaggery is completely melted to form a smooth solution.
  2. 2In another pan over medium heat, roast the poha until it becomes crispy, stirring occasionally to ensure even roasting.
  3. 3Transfer the roasted poha into the jaggery solution. Mix thoroughly using your fingers to ensure the poha is well coated with the jaggery.
  4. 4Incorporate the grated coconut and sugar into the poha mixture. Mix well to combine all ingredients evenly.
