- 1000 gms Parboiled rice (Also known as idli rice)
- 500 gms Jaggery
- 4 cups Coconut, grated
- 250 gms Cashew nuts (Crushed for mixing, whole for decoration)
- 0.5 cup Water (For melting jaggery)

Instructions
- 1Dry roast the cleaned parboiled rice in a pan over medium heat until it turns golden brown. Allow it to cool completely.
- 2Once the rice has cooled, use a mixer grinder to grind it into a fine powder. Transfer the powdered rice to a mixing bowl.
- 3Melt the jaggery by boiling it with a small amount of water. Strain the mixture to remove impurities. Add the grated coconut and crushed cashew nuts, mixing thoroughly.
- 4Add the powdered rice to the jaggery mixture and mix well. Allow the mixture to cool completely.
- 5Once the mixture has cooled, shape it into equal-sized balls. Decorate each ball with a whole cashew nut.
