Instructions
- 1Fry the parboiled rice in a pan until it becomes crispy. Once cooled, grind the rice into a fine powder using a mixer grinder. Add the powdered cardamom seeds to the rice powder and mix well.
- 2Transfer the rice and cardamom mixture to a bowl. Add the powdered jaggery and shredded coconut. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
- 3Using your hands, shape the mixture into small, round balls. Ensure each ball is compact and holds together well.
