This is a crispy cauliflower fry recipe which is very tasty!
Ingredients
- 1 unit Cauliflower
- 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoons Red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper powder
- 1 tablespoon Corn flour
- 1 tablespoon Rice flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 cups Vegetable oil
- 0.5 cup Water (For boiling cauliflower and making paste)

Instructions
- 1Cut and clean the cauliflower. In a pan, add the chopped cauliflower with a little water, salt, and turmeric powder. Cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until half-cooked.
- 2Once the cauliflower is half-cooked, turn off the heat, drain the water, and allow it to cool.
- 3In a mixing bowl, combine red chilli powder, garam masala, black pepper powder, corn flour, rice flour, and salt. Mix well, adding a little water to form a smooth paste.
- 4Transfer the cooled cauliflower into the masala paste and mix thoroughly to ensure even coating.
- 5In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium flame. Fry the coated cauliflower until golden brown and crispy.
- 6Serve the crispy cauliflower fry hot with a cup of tea.
