- 250 gms Cauliflower
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Wheat flour
- 0.5 tsp Chaat masala
- 0.5 tsp Garam masala
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 0.25 tsp Turmeric
- 4 tsp Butter
- 0.5 cup Water (For dough preparation)

Cauliflower Fry / Cauliflower Varuthadh

Instructions
- 1Grate the cauliflower using a grater and place it in a bowl. Add chaat masala, garam masala, chilli powder, turmeric, and salt. Mix thoroughly to ensure the cauliflower is well coated with the spices.
- 2In a separate bowl, combine the wheat flour with water and a pinch of salt. Knead the mixture into a smooth dough.
- 3Divide the dough into small balls. Using a rolling pin, roll each ball into a disc approximately three to four inches in diameter.
- 4Place a portion of the cauliflower filling on one rolled disc. Cover with another rolled disc and press the edges to seal using your fingertips.
- 5Gently roll the filled paratha with a rolling pin until it reaches the size of a roti.
- 6Place the paratha on a hot tawa and cook on a low flame. Spread butter on the paratha while cooking and continue until both sides are golden brown.
- 7Serve the paratha hot. Optionally, add cheese to the filling for a delicious cheese Gobi Paratha.
