Instructions
- 1Cut the cauliflower into small florets and wash thoroughly in slightly warm water. Drain the water completely.
- 2In a kadai, heat the sunflower oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and sauté until they become translucent. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, and red chilli powder, and continue to sauté until the spices are well incorporated.
- 3Add the cauliflower florets to the kadai and sauté with the onion and spice mixture. Season with salt. Cover the kadai with a lid and cook until the cauliflower is half-cooked. Remove the lid and continue to cook until the cauliflower is slightly browned and dry.
