Instructions

  1. 1Wash the cauliflower thoroughly and cut it into small, bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the cumin and mustard seeds, allowing them to sizzle and release their aroma.
  3. 3Add the chopped onions and ginger garlic paste to the pan. Sauté until the onions are translucent.
  4. 4Add the green peas to the pan and sauté well. Cook for 3-4 minutes on low heat until the peas are tender.
  5. 5Incorporate the chopped tomatoes into the pan and mix well with the other ingredients.
  6. 6Add the red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala, and salt. Stir to combine, then add the cauliflower pieces.
  7. 7Sauté the vegetables thoroughly, then add half a cup of water. For a gravy-like consistency, add a full cup of water. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender.
  8. 8Garnish the curry with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot with rotis or rice.
