Ingredients
- 500 grams Cauliflower
- 300 grams Green peas
- 1 unit Onions
- 1 unit Tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 0.5 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 0.5 teaspoon Mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 0.25 teaspoon Turmeric
- 0.25 teaspoon Garam masala
- 5 units Coriander leaves (5-6 sprigs)
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 cup Water (Use 1 cup for more gravy)

Instructions
- 1Wash the cauliflower thoroughly and cut it into small, bite-sized pieces.
- 2In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the cumin and mustard seeds, allowing them to sizzle and release their aroma.
- 3Add the chopped onions and ginger garlic paste to the pan. Sauté until the onions are translucent.
- 4Add the green peas to the pan and sauté well. Cook for 3-4 minutes on low heat until the peas are tender.
- 5Incorporate the chopped tomatoes into the pan and mix well with the other ingredients.
- 6Add the red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala, and salt. Stir to combine, then add the cauliflower pieces.
- 7Sauté the vegetables thoroughly, then add half a cup of water. For a gravy-like consistency, add a full cup of water. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender.
- 8Garnish the curry with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot with rotis or rice.
