Ingredients

  • 0.5 unit Cauliflower
  • 2 units Potato
  • 1 unit Onions
  • 1 unit Tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 bunch Coriander leaves (For garnishing)
  • 2 tablespoons Ghee or oil
  • 0.5 cup Water (Adjust as needed)

Instructions

  1. 1In a Kadai, heat ghee or oil over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and ginger garlic paste, sautéing for a few minutes until aromatic. Incorporate red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and cumin powder, adding a little water to prevent burning. Sauté until the oil separates from the spices.
  2. 2Add cauliflower, cubed potatoes, sliced onions, and sliced tomatoes to the spice mixture. Season with salt and mix thoroughly. Add some water to help cook the vegetables.
  3. 3Cover the Kadai and cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and cooked through.
  4. 4Turn off the heat and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot.
