Cabbage (Pattagobi) Sabji
This one-pot Cabbage sabji is super easy to make and packed with flavors. Made with fresh cabbage and cooked along with tomatoes and onions, this dish is a perfect main course for dinner.
Ingredients
- 250 gms Cabbage
- 1 unit/count Onion
- 1 unit/count Tomato
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 0.5 tsp Cumin seeds
- 0.5 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 0.25 tsp Turmeric
- 0.5 tsp Garam masala
- 0.5 cup Water

Pickled Cabbage

Instructions
- 1Wash all the vegetables thoroughly and finely chop them.
- 2In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and mustard seeds, allowing them to crackle. Once the seeds have crackled, add the chopped onion and sauté for 2 minutes until translucent.
- 3Add the chopped tomatoes to the pan and cook until they soften slightly. Stir in the ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, and garam masala. Mix well to combine.
- 4Add the chopped cabbage to the pan. Mix and sauté well. Pour in half a cup of water and stir thoroughly. Cook until the cabbage softens and reaches the desired texture.
