Aloo Parantha/Potato Stuffed Indian Bread

Ingredients
- 4 units Potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 500 grams Wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon Ajwain (Carrom seeds)
- 50 grams Coriander leaves, chopped
- 3 units Green chillies, chopped
- 0.5 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 250 milliliters Water (Approximate amount for kneading dough)
- 50 grams Butter or ghee (For cooking paranthas)

Instructions
- 1In a large bowl, combine 500 grams of wheat flour, 0.25 teaspoon of salt, and 0.5 teaspoon of ajwain. Gradually add water and knead to form a soft dough.
- 2In another bowl, mash 4 boiled potatoes. Add 0.25 teaspoon of salt, 0.25 teaspoon of ajwain, chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chillies, and 0.5 teaspoon of red chilli powder. Mix thoroughly.
- 3Divide the dough into 50-gram balls. Flatten each ball, place a portion of the potato mixture in the center, and fold the edges over to enclose the filling. Roll out into a round shape.
- 4Heat a tawa or pan over medium heat. Place a parantha on the tawa and cook until golden brown on both sides, applying butter or ghee as needed. Repeat with remaining paranthas.
