- 1 cup Coriander leaves (Chopped)
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 cup Water
- 6 tablespoons Sunflower oil (For cooking)

Instructions
- 1In a mixing bowl, combine the rice flour, chopped onions, coriander leaves, green chillies, and salt. Gradually add water to form a soft dough.
- 2Take a portion of the dough and spread it evenly on a non-stick pan to form a thin, round roti.
- 3Heat the pan over medium to low flame. Cook the roti, adding sunflower oil around the edges. Flip and cook the other side until semi-crispy.
- 4Remove from heat and serve the roti hot. Repeat the process for the remaining dough.
